Hi Julian,

I moved the Flock of Birds code for GetPoint()/GetOrientation() code 
from the InternalUpdate() method to the InternalThreadedUpdate() method, 
so that now the tracker thread will get the transforms from the Flock.

The code is still passing the cmake tests after I made these changes, 
but I have not tested with a real Flock of Birds device.  Do you have 
still have access to a Flock of Birds that you can test with?
