The bug in the LandmarkBasedTransformInitializer has now been
fixed in both the ITK Main branch and the 3.0 release branch.

Patrick: you may have to use a CVS checkout of the ITK 3.0 branch,
          not the tagged version ITK 3.0.1.

          you can get this one with the following CVS command


                    cvs -q update -dPA -r ITK-3-0
