[IGSTK-Developers] JDI paper draft - Deadline is this week!

I have compiled all the sections into one document for your convenience.
And, I have incorporated Patrick's comment on this version.

This version contains all the major sections except figures, references 
and the abstract and
conclusion sections.

The deadline is this week. I really appreciate if you could comment on 
the sections and
get back to me soon.

So far I have received detailed feedback  from Patrick and general 
comments from Ziv and Frank.
