[IGSTK-Developers] Dependency of IGSTKSandbox build

Hi,

I have recently changed the library dependency for IGSTKSandbox build. If
you turned on IGSTKSandbox_USE_OpenIGTLink, you need download and compile
OpenIGTLink as an external library, and set the OpenIGTLink build
directory for IGSTKSandbox configuration. Otherwise your sandbox build
will fail.
