[Insight-developers] Cable, Insight, and CMake

Hello, all:

Cable is very close to being ready to generate Tcl wrappers as part of
Insight's build.  Earlier today I checked in changes to CMakeLists files
in Insight/Utilities/Cable that required changes to CMake to work.  These
changes to CMake were checked in yesterday, so everyone will need to
update their copy of CMake to a version at least as recent as that in
order to build Insight.
