[Insight-developers] Latest purify entry has line numbers

I finally got a RelWithDebInfo build to submit purify results to the dashboard. The third purify
entry on 7/20/2001 has enough debug information so that purify events (MLK, ABR, UMR, etc.) are able
to identify line numbers in the source code. We should work off this version to remove leaks until I
can get a purify nightly set up (I need another license of purify).
I'll probably run another submission by hand on my laptop on Monday.
