[Insight-developers] categorizing ITK

Hi Vikram,

The following classes are now classified:

KalmanLinearEstimator  : Numerics

Mappers : Functions and ImageFuncitions 
  (these classes will be refactored as Functions,
   as we discussed in Seattle)

Metrics:  A category "RegistrationComponents" was 
          created, and under it "RegistrationMetrics".
