Hello,

As mentioned at todays TCON, here is the url for the documentation on the
PDE Hierarchy I've been constructing.

There will be two "sides" to the tree: a dense solver side which handles
updates to entire images, and a sparse solver side which performs
list-based updates to images.  Currently only the dense side is
represented.  The source code can be found in the Draft directory of the
repository.   

The initial idea for this hierarchy comes from 
InsightDocuments/Developer/General/LevelSetArchitectureProposal.pdf.  The
implementation is slightly different, however.
