[Insight-developers] CMake no longer in the Insight tree

Hi all,

I have removed CMake from the Insight cvs tree.

To check it out, use this cvsroot:

:pserver:hoffman@public.kitware.com:/insight/cmakecvsroot

To preserve old tags on Insight, I copied the CMake cvs tree
on the server, then did a cvs remove of all the files in Insight/CMake.
If you had a file out for edit, you will have to check out
the above tree and copy your changes over.

If you do a cvs update -dP in Insight, the CMake tree should go away,
leaving only a README.txt file explaining the move.
