To enable us to track open issues that get raised in emails or during tcons,
I have added a new class of problem reports (PRs) in GNATS. This class is
called open-issues and it can used to track general open issues. The other
classes defined in GNATS are:
bug: Problem requiring correction or improvement
support: A support problem or question
change-request: Suggested change in functionality
mistaken: Not a problem, bad PR submission
duplicate: Duplicate of another existing PR.
Please feel free to use GNATS to store your long-term to-do list on the ITK
project.
