Lydia, I'm trying to use the Affine MI code and seem to have problems with the z-scale factor. I modified your test to set the scales to 1,1,.8 and it fails. .8,1,1 and 1.,.8,1 both pass. This seems suspicious since I'm also having trouble with the z scale. Any ideas? Bill
