Ting,

I'm fixing a couple of things on this filter right now.

The initial message is related with the recent changes in ImageFilters
for using ConstPointers at the input.

I didn't edit this filters at the time because it lacks a test, so it never
produced errors on the build.

A tests has been added.  It will be nice however to verify if the
filter is running correctly.
