Thanks Lijun,

That's the reason !

In order to fix this, a line with :

    ->SetFileDimensionality( 3)

was just added to both RawImageReader Examples:

- Insight/Examples/RawImageReaderViewer
- Insight/Examples/RawImageReadWrite

It is reading the whole volume now,
