[Insight-developers] "Library" build target?

How hard would it be to have a single project basically at the 
Insight/Code level?  The idea would be that, even if you had set 
BUILD_EXAMPLES to ON, you could type "make Library", or in VC++ set 
"Library" as the active project, and then only build the library.  I 
think this would be a definite convenience.
