Hi,

As we agree at the meeting, we are going to
set a tag specific for SPIE. (as opossed to the
previous plan of setting a version 1.1 tag).

This SPIE tag will be set this weekend in order
to be able to create CD's for SPIE on monday/tuesday.

Please don't check-in any code these two days
(saturday/sunday) so we can make sure that the
dashboard readings are stable.
