[Insight-developers] Danielsson distance filter

Looking at the code for itkDanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter, the 
variable m_SquaredDistance does not appear to be referenced except to 
print it out in PrintSelf().  I haven't yet tested to make sure that it 
actually has no effect.
