A user (Hideaki Hiraki) has raised a number of question in the users-list regarding the convention for representing LevelSets in ITK filters. It seems that we have a mixed use of what should be considered the 'inside' of the contour. This makes difficult to keep a uniform documentation and use of the filters. Thanks Luis
