[Insight-developers] MidsagittalPlaneExtractionImageFilter

The documentation for MidsagittalPlaneExtractionImageFilter appears to 
have been carried over unchanged from ReflectImageFilter, and that 
latter documentation is quite terse.  The meaning of the argument of 
the SetDirection() method is not explained, for instance.  Should this 
be fixed before the release?
