Hi Luis,

I think I can fix this.  These versions of gcc are likely optimizing away
code that tests for NaN values in NrrdIO.h.  Hopefully it's just a matter
of adding a couple of new ifdefs.  I'm en route back to Utah from vacation
today, but I can look at this tomorrow.
