[Insight-developers] Upcoming ITK release

Hello,

As discussed in Friday's TCON, we need a release for SPIE within a few
weeks.  Since we've had the major vnl upgrade, I think making this the 1.6
release is justified.  I need to fix several problems first (particularly
with wrapping), and the dashboard needs to be cleaned up.

I propose the following schedule to get this done ASAP:

1.)  Freeze features at the end of today (Monday, Jan 12, 2004).
2.)  Commit all fixes by Friday, freeze CVS at 5:00 EST Friday.
3.)  Bill L. and I will do final cleanups over the weekend.
4.)  Tag/branch ITK-1-6 on next Monday morning and re-open main CVS.
