[Insight-developers] VS6

Hi,

I'll warn you that the VS6 builds will be broken tomorrow on the 
dashboard.   I have the fix, but I want to test again before checking it 
in, and I don't want to do a check-in at 8:59.   I'll wake early to get 
the fixed checked-in first thing in the morning.

The error is due to the fact that VS6 implementation of ostream << 
doesn't support writing __int64 variables.
