Hi Ross:

The UPenn MIPG folk worked on Cootes and Taylor.  A cursory
check of the CVS/Doxygen repository yielded two classes with
Active Shape in the title.

itkActiveShapeModelGradientSearchMethod
itkActiveShapeModelCalculator

I also have a fax of a letter from Chris Taylor giving
permission to Jay Udupa to provide us with this implementation.
