[Insight-developers] Nightly Dashboard Issues

Folks,

1) The nightly GE machines are not automatically updating cvs because one of
the testing systems is down temporarily. Some nightly results may be out of
sync.

2) Corrections to some Gaussian smoothing code is causing regression testing
failures. The old code was incorrect and several baseline images may have to
be updated. We'll do this after we are sure the new code is correct.
