Hi All,

Just have a great news (that was in the works for a while now):
ITK is being tested nightly and continuous with three wrappings (Tcl,
Python, and Java) turned on on Windows using Visual Studio 6, 7, and
7.1. The systems are Dash11, Dash12, and Dash13. They total the 1001
tests each and they take approximately 4 hours each to finish. The
builds are fresh builds (they wipe binary directory) every day, so we
should have pretty good idea on the state.

The builds are done using CMake/CTest 2.0.5.

The CTest scripts are submitted to the dashboards, so everybody can see
what I set. One thing to note here; I wanted to make sure nothing is is
in the path, so this systems are pretty much what you would get from the
vendor. So, the assumptions:

* No cygwin
* No system installed tcl, python, java
* No special environment variables

Then I built my own tcl and python that are not installed, and copied
Java binaries from another system. For CVS, I use tortoise CVS that is
not in the path.
