[Insight-developers] ThresholdImageFilter does not use the Set/Get notation

Hi,

The ThresholdImageFilter doesn't use the Set/Get notation. Is it possible to 
use it ?
The following code should do the job:

  itkSetMacro(Lower, PixelType);
  itkGetMacro(Lower, PixelType);

  itkSetMacro(Upper, PixelType);
  itkGetMacro(Upper, PixelType);
