[Insight-developers] VariableSizeMatrix

Are there any issues with adding a constructor to VariableSizeMatrix that takes in the number of rows and number of colums?

I believe VariableSizeMatrix is supposed to be the matrix analogy to itk::Array.  Array allows the size to be specified at constructor time. VariableSizeMatrix does not.
