[Insight-developers] AntiAliasBinaryImageFilter dummy constructor

Hi Gaetan,
Thanks for the clarification.
We just committed the modification.
The Copy constructor and operator=() methods were
added as declarations, without their implementation.
Please let us know if you find any other problem.
