[Insight-developers] Compiler limit error with wrapped itk code on dash12.kitware

Folks,
Could somneone at Kitware look at the dash12 Win32-vs70 build? It has been failing for quite some time now. If the compiler limit issue can't be resolved, I suggest that we remove wrapping for that build.

People get error e-mails for that build and we don't want folks to start ignoring the failed build e-mails.
