[Insight-developers] error: zlibDllConfig.h not found when using system zlib

Hi,

I get the error:

In file included from /.../Insight/Utilities/zlib/zlib.h:34,
                  from /.../Insight/Utilities/MetaIO/metaOutput.cxx:31:
/.../Insight/Utilities/zlib/zconf.h:164:27: error: zlibDllConfig.h: No  
such file or directory

when building ITK with system zlib.
