[Insight-developers] the same command is sometime ran twice at the same time with make -j2

Hi Bill,

There is a problem I see from time to time while building WrapITK: a file  
is generated 2 times at the same time. It can lead to an invalid generated  
file.
I see that on linux, but also on windows:

http://www.itk.org/Testing/Sites/peuplier.jouy.inra.fr/Win32-VCExpress2005/20070119-0100-Nightly/BuildError.html

The command needed to generate the file  
wrap_itkFiniteDifferenceImageFilter.xml is run twice at the same time.

Do you know how to fix that ? Is it a cmake bug ?
