*"DICOM sample image datasets Web Site"*
link to ( http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/) we took
the dataset

*Alias Name*: CEREBRIX
*Modality*: MR, PET, CT
*File Size: 127 MB*
*Description*: Brain Tumor.

When configuring ITK you can now set the advanced option:

                    ITK_OSIRIX_DATA_ROOT

To point to the directory where you expanded the CEREBRIX.zip
file. The variable must point to the top directory, not the bottom one.

For example, in my local machine I have:

   ITK_OSIRIX_DATA_ROOT:PATH=/home/ibanez/data/Osirix

and the directory /home/ibanez/data/Osirix contains

pwd
/home/ibanez/data/Osirix

ls
CEREBRIX

ls CEREBRIX
Neuro Crane PET PETCT_CTplusFET_LM_Brain (Adult)

Currently the test is set up to "not expect streaming to work".

Please feel free to change when you consider convenient.

    Thanks

         Luis
