[Insight-developers] Invitation to submit your Philips PAR/REC readers to the Insight Journal

Sean McBride suggested that we add support for Philips PAR/REC
image files in ITK.

He indicated that you have already created code for doing this in
the itk CNMRR Library:

We would like to invite you to submit these classes as a paper to
the Insight Journal, so that we can then follow the standard procedure
for adding new classes to ITK:
