I forgot to CC the developers' list:

The Insight-Journal is hosting three grand challenge workshops at the 
next MICCAI and to make sure everybody is at the same level the 
organizers have decided to make the submissions private until 
notification of publication.

This email shouldn't have been sent to the mailing lists. We are working 
on this issue.

After September 6th, the publication will be available for open-review 
and will be freely available.
