[Insight-developers] Decimation framework

Hi thomas,

Decimation framework including two criterions (edge length and quadric) was
complete yesterday, so Instead of sending you a snapshot, we will package it
nicely with examples and test for IJ.
We plan to release it Tuesday morning. The first block, a templated priority
Queue with mutable elements was release today. You are more than welcome to
take a look at it and to review it, even though its interest will really
appears only in subsequent filters.
