Hans, The subject application in InsightApplications is not currently enabled. If I enable it, it does not compile. I think it is your application. Can you take a look? You'll have to add: OPTIONAL_APP(InverseConsistentLandmarkRegistration) to InsightApplications/CMakeLists.txt Bill
