[Insight-developers] Mantis: I have 2 logins, can I get rid of one?

This is confusing but I somehow ended up with 2 different Mantis accounts.
I've changed the one bug assigned to 'norman-k-williams' to be assigned to
'kentwilliams'

'norman-k-williams' can go away. The only loose end is that
'norman-k-williams' has logged one bug, and I don't know what happens to
bugs if the reporter is removed.
