[Insight-developers] Code to graduate from review -- itkTransform*

I'd like to see the itkTransformReader stuff that's in Review transferred to
Code/IO.  And not just because I wrote it -- Iowa has programs in daily
research use that use it.

While I'm on the subject -- the patch I submitted to the VXL project that
makes the Matlab reader do byte-swapping if necessary was committed.
