A recent addition to Review,
itkDirectFourierReconstrcutionImageToImageFilter.h has numerous style
defects, but kwstyle does not detect them.

For example, the internal variables are not aligned, some internal
variables do not match the regular expression for internal variables.
There may be other issues.

Consequently, the commit check is passing.
