Gaetan,

The Visual Studio 6.0 build is still failing:

Why are you replacing OffsetValueType with long long ?
http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/Code/Common/itkImageBase.txx?root=Insight&r1=1.56&r2=1.57


You can't allocate more memory than the
max of OffsetValueType anyways...


Could you please restore this file ?
