Hi Bryan,

You can use ICP (Iterative Closest Point).

This method doesn't require the two PointSets to have the same number
of points, and it doesn't require you to provide correspondences.


You will find examples in:

          IterativeClosestPoint2.cxx
          IterativeClosestPoint3.cxx
