[Insight-developers] Adding Streaming Visible Human Examples

Hi Brad,

It looks like a good time for adding the examples.

Please go ahead

It will be nice if you configure the CMakeLists.txt
file of the Examples/IO directory for using a FIND_PATH
to locate the directory where the Visible Human data is
stored, and if the data is available then compile the
example or even run it as a Nightly tests..., I could
enable the test in a couple of Dashboard machines.
