[Insight-developers] ITK Valgrind defects are all in vxl code

Folks,

The only ITK valgrind defects are in vxl code:

These have been there for ages. I took a look awhile back and could
not fix them.

Having these defects tends to hide any new ITK defects.

As far as I can tell, the vxl folk do not run valgrind.

We have two alternatives:

1) Have a vxl expert fix the defects.
2) Exclude the failing tests from the valgrind runs.
