[Insight-developers] New Statistics and VS6

Thanks for the pointer. You are right. We do have build errors with both ITK
and InsightApplications on VS6.

The ITK build errors are not related to the recent revamping of the
Statistics library. They are related to the changes made for standardizing
rounding across platforms.

The errors on InsightApps need some dashboard administration. Recently VTK
incremented the minimum required CMake version to 2.6.3 to take advantage of
features such as versions. The VTK dashboard on the machine now uses 2.6.4.
Consequently there is a mismatch between the CMake used by ITK and
InsightApplications, which both still use CMake2.4. They need to be
upgraded.
