The googlecode bugtracker should be enough.

However, you know I'm the only one working on WrapITK, and that I have  
a very poor knowledge of TCL. Sadly, as a consequence, the chance to  
have this kind of bug fixed is approximately null.

Is there anyone who want to work on TCL wrapping?
