[Insight-developers] protocol question

Hi Developers,

I had a quick question regarding protocol, spoken or unspoken, concerning
enhancements to filters in the review directory.  Specifically, I composed a
multi-threaded version of the itkBSplineScatteredDataPointSetToImageFilter
which I contributed some time ago.  The modification passed all tests in a
recent experimental build.  Do I need to submit the enhancement through the
Insight Journal or do I just commit the changes (with all the
usual.caveats---"no commits before the release", "no commits Friday
afternoon", etc.)?
