[Insight-developers] A bug in compiling ITK 3.20.0 on windows machine...

I had a similar failure on a different windows configuration.  In my case,
we installed VS9 in 32bits mode on a 64 bits machine, and then added the
64bits VS9 configuration later.  The problem was resolved by uninstalling
the VS9 compiler and then reinstalling it, this time choosing to install the
32 and 64 bits compilers all at once.  (Note: that the 32 bits build of ITK
worked.)

Your mileage may vary, but reinstalling VS may be a good start.
