[Insight-developers] ITK Dashboard Broken : Do not add features to ITK CVS.

Luis,

I apologize. I asked Kent to work on this without giving him all the
information that he needed.  I agree that at this point the most logical
place for this is the ITK4-alpha release.

Please let us know when GIT is ready to checkout.
