[Insight-developers] failing front iterator

Hello Alex,

A quick glance and  itkQuadEdgeMeshFrontIterator.txx revealed an issue with the constructor and deconstruct. Under certain conditions all the member variables are not initialized. Including one pointer m_Front. Not sure if this is the issue with this test failing here but it is a potential bug which could result in a segfault!
