[Insight-developers] Commit message prefixes

Stephen,

There was an earlier discussion about this on either the vtk or itk
developers list (I can't find it).

I lost, because the majority wanted to save 5 characters. Maybe Brad
King will comment, because he was an advocate to conserve
characters...
