[Insight-developers] ITK Modular: Slicer4 updates

I think N3 may not actually be used any more, but it still is included in
the build.  As far as I know the MRIBiasFieldCorrection is a Slicer
plugin, so the .h/.txx shouldn't be used outside that one directory.
